St. David’s Foundation is seeking an evaluation partner to support continuous learning, inform future investments, elevate community voice, assess maternal health grantmaking, establish a map of regional capacity in Central Texas, and examine the Foundation’s influence on public and private resource allocation. Expected deliverables include a project and timeline plan, evaluation plan, methodology and data collection plan, yearly findings reports, and an annual grantee snapshot. Applicants should have mixed-methods evaluation expertise, including participatory and culturally responsive approaches; expertise in maternal health outcomes among historically marginalized populations; qualitative and quantitative analysis skills; cultural competence; facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills; multi-year project management experience; collaboration skills; and a strong commitment to health equity. The anticipated budget for the two-year evaluation and baseline work is up to $200,000. Proposals of no more than 10 pages were due by 5:00pm CST on May 29, 2026. Finalists were scheduled to be announced on June 12, 2026, with interviews during the week of June 15, 2026. The consultant was scheduled to be selected on June 22, 2026, with a start date in July 2026.
