Based in Bristol or London, the role involves delivering high quality commercial building surveying work efficiently, on time and within budget, generating new business, managing client accounts, leading major instructions, and supporting the development and growth of the team. Duties include undertaking project and professional building surveying work, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing decisions, acting as a company ambassador, collaborating on cross-selling services, mentoring team members, identifying training needs, and contributing to the business plan. Applicants should have a relevant degree and ideally membership of a professional body such as RICS, CIOB or APM. Experience managing complex projects for private and public sector clients and delivering work in a consultancy environment is required, along with commercial property knowledge, strong client relationship management, excellent technical, communication, time management and organisational skills, and an understanding of budgeting, financial management and cost control.
