Join King Rose Construction as a working Foreperson managing and building commercial fit-out projects within the five boroughs of New York City. The role is responsible for site supervision, rough carpentry, compliance with architectural drawings, assessing job priorities, assigning laborers, performing layouts and material take-offs, metal stud framing and drywall installation, maintaining a clean jobsite, and enforcing safety and project requirements. Candidates need a minimum of 5 to 7 years of interior renovation construction experience, carpenter trade experience, the ability to lay out partitions, fluency in reading drawings and identifying inconsistencies in drawings and specifications, and strong teamwork and people skills.
