Create, render and animate 2D and 3D visualizations for real estate, paint ads and graphic design for animations. Organize content, media and files for real estate showcases; create 3D models, drawings and illustrations of 3D architectural floorplans by hand or electronically for visual effects; prepare presentations with raw designs for customers; combine images with background graphics and special effects; construct drafting and detailing; and participate in the editing process. Requires at least a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics or a related area, plus 6 months of experience.
