HRS aims to award at least two training contracts per annum, usually to its paralegals after 12 months with the firm. Paralegals undertake a wide variety of duties, including face to face client contact and file running, under close supervision to ensure high standards and career progression. HRS pays for mandatory courses undertaken during the two year training contract. Applications are invited by CV with a covering letter.
