A 12-week opportunity for law students and recent graduates to work with lawyers from two different countries, compare legal practice in two jurisdictions, experience a different legal culture and explore the firm's international practice. Applicants must wish to apply for a permanent work contract, demonstrate legal ability and interest in an international practice, speak English and relevant working languages, and typically have at least two years of formal legal training. US candidates may qualify after completing two years in an ABA-approved law school JD curriculum by the end of the clerkship. The clerkship includes a salary and travel expenses. Applications require a letter, full CV including university exam results, two references and a statement explaining the educational value of the clerkship.
