Mentor Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager for a 9-month maternity cover contract from mid-April through to December 2026. The role involves leading and owning client accounts, managing and developing relationships, providing consultancy on technical and creative solutions, and running regular retainer, roadmap and strategic planning sessions. You will manage client relationships around web development and creative projects, develop accounts through new projects and opportunities, create briefs, write proposals, lead client meetings, capture requirements, and advise on technical web and CMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a web design, web development or software agency environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, broad technical knowledge with expertise in one or more of content management systems, software development, web systems or UX design, at least 2 years of industry experience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
