Clinical therapy sessions with a trained therapy dog present. Animal Assisted Therapy may help with anxiety, emotional regulation, communication, and engaging with therapy, especially for children, adolescents, and people who find traditional talk therapy difficult. Sessions are run by a qualified clinician and built into the treatment plan. Sessions without the dog can be arranged in advance for people with allergies or discomfort around dogs.
