Provide day-to-day leadership and project management throughout the project lifecycle, offering technical expertise and quality assurance. Duties include leading architectural projects, developing workflows, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing and presenting design proposals and feasibility reports, addressing the National Construction Code and town planning requirements, monitoring project hours against fee proposals, and conducting site visits to maintain design intent and resolve issues. Applicants should ideally have registration with a relevant state or territory Architect Registration Board, at least 5 years of architectural studio experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of the NCC, local council requirements, town planning, environmental impacts, construction methodologies and planning ordinances, plus strong communication, organisation and coordination skills. Experience with leadership responsibilities is required.
