The role of a videoDoc Doctor, also called a Convenient Care Doctor, is to provide high-quality, safe, compassionate and efficient care to patients through online consultations. The role involves contributing to a positive patient and clinician experience on videoDoc and Vhi Online Doctor where applicable. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director.
