Manage, develop and administer a portfolio of clients under the direction of a Manager, maintaining a high level of client service and producing high quality work. Responsibilities include delegating and reviewing work completed by junior team members, managing workflow, meeting productivity and client budgets, preparing and reviewing complex individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns, working with GST, Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements, providing coaching and technical support, identifying business opportunities, assisting with client meetings and advice, participating in training, and supporting system and technical training for Graduates and Accountants. Applicants should have a Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business with an emphasis on Accounting, CA or CPA completed or near completion, relevant accounting experience, advanced knowledge of the Corporations Act, accounting standards and tax legislation, the ability to handle technical client queries and research complex matters, leadership experience, and product expertise such as Xero.
