Candidates should have experience supporting students with personal statements, personal essays and application forms, a passion for education, commitment to educating the whole child, professionalism, and consideration for pupil well-being. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in guidance counselling or a related field, a PGCertHE, American School Counsellor Association membership or other recognised counselling membership, and a minimum of three years' experience.
