Sommelier position across Lamb's Conduit Street, Soho and Mayfair. Candidates should have a deep understanding of the producers featured in Noble Rot magazine and on its wine lists. Ideally, candidates will have spent a few years working at a high-profile restaurant as a waiter or sommelier, with a desire to keep learning and provide great hospitality. Sommeliers work a section in the bar or restaurant, provide high standards of table service, sell from the constantly changing list, and assist with the organisation and administration of the wine programme.
