Remote corporate transactional role for candidates with 4+ years of sophisticated transactional experience within a general corporate practice, including private equity and M&A experience. Health care experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have day-to-day experience counseling private companies, including private equity firms, strategic buyers and family offices, on general corporate governance matters, as well as strong client management, drafting and negotiation skills.
