Responsibilities include leading the Southern California rail market strategy, driving revenue growth, building relationships with public transport agencies and major clients, guiding senior leaders, fostering innovation and talent development, supporting pipeline evaluation and major bid pursuits, aligning resource planning with market needs, leading high-value opportunities, and strengthening client relationship management. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, extensive rail and transport sector experience, at least 15 years' relevant experience including project and design management, proven leadership in major Southern California rail programmes, particularly LA Metro projects, strong client relationship skills, knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulatory frameworks, and a record of collaboration, integrity, inclusive decision-making, continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes. Mentoring and team development skills are required. A Professional Engineer qualification is desirable, and the right to work in the USA is required.
