NJPAC is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant and project management firm under a consultancy agreement to study, advise, and manage the replacement or refurbishment of seats in Prudential Hall and Victoria Theater. The work includes initial site evaluation, inspection and documentation of existing seating conditions, design services, surveying, preparation of a recommendation report with cost analysis and timelines, procurement and bid process support, vendor and contractor selection assistance, and project management through delivery, refurbishment, and installation.
