Run Shell service stations as a self-employed Retailer, providing customer service across fuel and EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, an understanding of the customer journey, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, a self-starting and motivated attitude, and a full UK driving licence. Experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running your own business is preferred. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible for exceeding targets and controlling costs.
