Administer professional deep tissue massage, clinical massages, and other specialty bodywork. The role requires knowledge of multiple massage modalities, an understanding of body physiology, excellent communication skills, and willingness to train in Redmint's massage and body treatment offerings. Duties include developing treatment plans, monitoring client reactions, educating clients, maintaining sanitized treatment rooms and equipment, and promoting Redmint treatments, memberships, services, retail, programs, promotions, and discounts. Applicants should be passionate about holistic healing and wellness, hold and maintain a current California state license and liability insurance for massage therapy, have at least three years of experience, and be available for weekend and/or night shifts.
