Plan and design overall site and building structures and massing for large-scale commercial, residential, office, and mixed-use development projects. Prepare scaled architectural drawings through Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development phases using REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite. Provide three-dimensional visualization, parametric modeling, graphics, and virtual reality simulations using Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros, and Enscape. Compile site plans and survey data, model and render project images, assemble architectural program requirements, coordinate architectural documents with engineering designs, organize product and material specifications, and use REVIT to integrate specialty and engineering elements. Requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture and 24 months of architectural design experience, or a master's degree in Architecture, plus proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Rhinoceros, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. An architect's license is not required. Salary range is $72,000 to $85,000 per year.
