Responsibilities include providing frontline and escalated support for Windows and macOS endpoints, administering Microsoft 365, configuring and troubleshooting Meraki networking, using RMM tools for monitoring and automation, leading small projects, documenting work in Autotask PSA, maintaining SOPs and environment documentation, supporting team leadership, delivering customer service, serving as an escalation point, and tracking service tickets. Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3 to 5 years of MSP experience, passion for IT technology and delivery, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, a friendly disposition, and a desire to help people.
