Emergency dental care for adults with severe dental problems who have been assessed by the 111 London Dental Triage. Severe problems include significant facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, uncontrolled dental pain and acute dental injury. The visit may include an examination of the mouth and head, dental tests and X-rays, temporary treatment, further information or referral from a dentist or GP, or transfer to oral surgery or another department. Some treatments are temporary and require follow-up with your dentist. Patients should bring a list of medications and general health information, arrive on time, and bring a translator if English is not their first language. Booking is through NHS 111. Open Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
