Based in Dubai, the Compliance Analyst will support Risk and Compliance operations, with a particular focus on the Australian office and other entities. Responsibilities include monitoring firm-wide risk and compliance policies, conducting client onboarding and matter management checks, completing matter-level risk assessments, maintaining compliance records, researching Australian laws and regulations, coordinating with the global Risk and Compliance team, assisting with training and policy updates, and supporting regulatory inquiries, audits and risk assessments. Applicants should have experience in compliance or risk management within the legal, financial or professional services sector, knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, organisational ability, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Legl or Armalytix is beneficial. A qualification in law, business, compliance or a related field and professional compliance certifications are advantageous but not essential. The role starts from January 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
