For a Freelancer to join your team for at least 6 months, with whom you will sign your own contract. Candidates are vetted through HR screening and a technical interview. Access to the European and African talent pool, fees billed separately with no VAT on international freelancer bills, fees billed upon receipt of a copy of the Freelancer invoice, and hire within 6 weeks. The fee is 13% plus 100 EUR per month.
