SPG Canada is seeking a Broker Solutions Specialist to join its Business Development team in the Atlantic region. The role supports broker portal adoption through training and ongoing support, promotes SPG Canada's personal lines products, delivers product and workflow training, develops broker relationships, represents SPG Canada at regional industry events, and provides market feedback to internal teams. The hybrid role is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia or Saint John, New Brunswick, with regular travel across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of property and casualty insurance experience, broker training, business development or client-facing advisory experience, strong knowledge of broker workflows and insurance distribution, presentation and Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver's licence with access to a vehicle. CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is considered an asset. Benefits include dental care, extended health care, paid time off, RRSP matching, and vision care. The expected salary range is $60,000 to $85,000.
