Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, loading materials, changing tools, monitoring production, inspecting finished products with precision measuring tools, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, completing production documentation, and collaborating with supervisors and team members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One or more years of CNC machine operation experience is preferred, with training available for the right candidate. Applicants should be able to read technical drawings, understand G-code and machine control panels, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
