Converts 3D laser scan point cloud data from existing structures into intelligent, dimensionally accurate 3D BIM models, typically in Revit format. Services support renovation and remodelling, building extensions, reconstruction, heritage preservation and facility management. Models are available across LOD 200 to LOD 500 and can include architectural, structural and full MEP systems, with deliverables typically provided as native Revit files or IFC files.
