A clinically sound, affirming mental health evaluation and letter of support for gender affirming surgeries, including top, bottom, and facial surgeries, following WPATH standards of care. The evaluation is completed over 1 to 3 sessions, with no gatekeeping or unnecessary hurdles. Letters are sent directly following the assessment appointment or appointments and meet insurance and surgical requirements.
