Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people to run service stations and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. The role covers fuel and EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, an understanding of the customer journey, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen to drive profitability and manage costs, and ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business. A self-starting, motivated attitude and a full UK driving licence are also required. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible for exceeding targets and controlling costs.
