For stays of 28 nights or longer, a special discount is automatically applied. Inclusions are cleaning 3 times per week, fresh linens and towels once per week, one water gallon at check-in, pool and garden maintenance twice per week, and a shampoo and soap starting kit. Electricity, cooking gas, personal laundry, shampoo and soap refills, and drinkable water refills are not included.
