Plan and deliver events across Cookies Cream and Crackers, advising and supporting clients from the first enquiry through to the event. Present and sell event concepts and venues, prepare proposals, coordinate event details, work with kitchen, service, bar and management teams, create event briefs and timelines, brief teams, and ensure events run smoothly on-site. The role requires experience in event management, hospitality or event sales, strong relationship-building, organisational and communication skills, fluent German and English, a calm approach under pressure, problem-solving skills, a hands-on attitude and attention to detail.
