Join UKO as an ambitious Leasing Agent helping drive the lease-up of its newest Be Why community in Sydney. This casual position offers flexible part-time hours based on business requirements and involves running the leasing process end to end, from enquiries through to move-in. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, inspections, applications and leases, coordinating move-ins, driving occupancy and revenue, building resident relationships, supporting community events and engagement initiatives, and providing market insight on demand, competitors and pricing. Experience in residential leasing, real estate, PBSA, BTR or co-living is required, with two or more years preferred. A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence, or willingness to obtain one quickly, is required, with UKO funding the course.
