Administer professional facials, HydraFacial and Redmint specific services. Consult with clients about their skin type, condition, skincare goals and concerns, provide treatments according to Redmint protocols and accepted certification practices, recommend products and treatments, educate guests about services and products, maintain clean and sanitized workspaces, and promote Redmint treatments, memberships, services and retail products. Candidates should be passionate about holistic healing and wellness, have advanced aesthetics, HydraFacial, peel and facial massage experience, excellent customer service, communication and listening skills, a current California state license and liability insurance, and at least three years of experience. Weekend and/or night shift availability and schedule flexibility are required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
