Momento Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Functions Manager to join The Australian Hotel & Brewery in Rouse Hill, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the end to end delivery of functions, handle enquiries, convert bookings, prepare quotes and proposals, achieve sales and budget outcomes, deliver exceptional customer experiences, grow the customer base, manage customer relationships, lead and mentor the functions team, and liaise with the General Manager, Licensee and Head Chef. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment, demonstrated functions and events management experience, sales and networking skills, excellent communication, strong organisation, a passion for hospitality, a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification, and team leadership experience. This full-time role requires some weekends and evenings.
