Scratch Creative is looking for a technically strong and commercially aware Production Manager to translate approved concepts into precise, commercially controlled and flawlessly executed retail environments, experiential activations and live events. Reporting to the Head of Projects, the role involves interpreting creative concepts and technical packs, leading costings and supplier negotiations, managing value engineering, conducting site visits and feasibility assessments, developing build schedules and logistics plans, overseeing venue compliance and Health and Safety documentation including RAMS, supervising onsite installation and de rig phases, managing storage and transport logistics, and maintaining commercial control across budgets. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of production delivery experience across events, experiential or retail fit out, strong knowledge of structures, materials and fabrication, experience managing budgets and suppliers, Health and Safety compliance knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and confidence overseeing onsite installation teams. Experience with international projects, container builds, touring structures, modular systems, permanent retail fit out, or relevant production or construction qualifications would be advantageous.
