Structured medical support for complex multisystem illnesses such as ME/CFS, Long COVID, and Post-Vac Syndrome. Includes an initial 60-minute consultation, a 30-minute follow-up after approximately 4 weeks, two further consultations during the 10-week stabilizing phase, and two additional consultations during the 10-week optimizing phase. Consultations are usually held via secure video calls, with in-person appointments available upon request. Diagnostic coordination and secure online follow-up support are included. Programs can be paused or ended at any time, with billing by phase according to services rendered based on the German medical fee schedule, GOÄ. Additional health coaching and community support are optional.
