Administer professional acupuncture and other TCM healing modalities while providing holistic, preventative and restorative wellness care. The role requires excellent communication skills, thorough knowledge of TCM and modalities such as cupping, gua sha, moxa, energy healing or bodywork, and a commitment to elevated service. Responsibilities include providing treatments according to company protocols, educating guests about holistic health and wellness, supporting flexible scheduling including night or weekend shifts, caring for equipment, maintaining sanitation and sterilization standards, preparing and restocking treatment rooms, and promoting Redmint treatments, memberships, services, retail, programs, promotions and events. Applicants must hold and maintain a current California state license and acupuncture liability insurance, and have a minimum of three years of experience. New hires must be willing to train in Redmint's specific acupuncture treatment offerings.
