The role also contributes to hire standards, new technology, new services, growth strategy and industry relationships. Applicants should have knowledge of AV, lighting, sound, staging and special effects, experience with rental management software, customer focus, good phone manners, attention to detail, punctuality, calmness under pressure and a supportive manner.
