Specialist machine cleaning for oiled commercial hardwood floors using professional-grade Kärcher scrubbing equipment. The process removes old oil, ingrained dirt, surface contamination and degraded finish, then applies fresh oil matched to the original finish system where possible, including Bona, Osmo and Loba products. Suitable for pre-oiled or site-oiled hardwood floors with general wear, dullness and surface contamination. Floors with deep scratches, staining into the timber or significant localised damage may require sanding instead. The process is controlled and dry, with no standing water, and floors can often be returned to use the same day.
