Work at Baci's busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine in the Crown Casino Entertainment Complex at Southbank. This full-time salary-based position reports directly to the Head Chef. Requirements include extensive food and product knowledge, consistent quality and presentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the ability to work under pressure and within a team, and a minimum of 3 years' experience. Italian cuisine experience is advantageous but not essential. The role involves five shifts over a seven-day rotating roster, including lunch and or dinner service, weekends and public holidays. A passion for food and customer focus are required. An excellent salary package is available for the right candidate.
