Includes up to 2 hours of attendance and preparation, considering evidence, taking instructions, advice on likely sentence, and attendance and representation at a single Magistrates Court hearing. Excludes expert witnesses, witness statements, special reasons hearings, appeals, travel costs and travel time. The service anticipates being at court for half a day.
