Baumschlager Eberle Hanoi, Vietnam is seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer, Team Leader with strong management and design skills to lead projects and manage a design team. The role requires at least 8 years of interior design experience, including at least 3 years in hospitality design, endorsed by hospitality brands. Responsibilities include leading and managing the interior design team, developing and documenting interior and space planning concepts, producing visualisations, preparing design presentations and material boards, mentoring designers, coordinating design specifications, working with clients and internal teams, and delivering client presentations. Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design, international project experience, a hospitality brand recommendation letter, fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of materials, finishes, millwork, FF&E and OS&E, strong specification writing, communication and presentation skills, experience across all project phases including construction administration, and expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud. Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software is preferred. The position offers biannual performance reviews and medical insurance.
