The full-time Investment Analyst Program is designed for recent graduates and provides a foundation for a long-term career in private markets. Analysts receive comprehensive training in an inclusive, collaborative apprenticeship culture, gain full-cycle investment exposure, and support strategy teams across the investment decision-making process while working directly with senior investment professionals. The role offers meaningful hands-on investment exposure, ongoing mentorship, global cross-team collaboration, and the opportunity to progress to Investment Associate. Depending on the strategy team, work may include due diligence, quantitative analytics, financial modelling, investment committee participation, portfolio monitoring, company analysis, market research, fundraising support, and involvement throughout the investment process.
