Assist with IT platform technology refresh projects, coordinate with enterprise customers, work with the Senior Technical Manager and team to finalise new IT system platform designs, assist with setting up high availability IT systems, coordinate end-to-end test cases and user acceptance tests with customers and application vendors, and assist with systems migration.
