Demonstrate a successful track record and knowledge within residential lettings, achieve and exceed targets, show enthusiasm for the London property market, provide exceptional client service, engage with people from all walks of life to establish their needs and wants, communicate effectively by email, phone, face to face and video for social channels, generate new business, arrange lettings valuations, and negotiate deals with applicants and clients. A minimum of 1 year of experience is essential. Salary is £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 per annum, negotiable, including benefits and OTE.
