Provide high quality dispute resolution services for clients of the Family Relationship Centre, including intake, assessment, safety screening, support, referral advice and mediation. The role involves assisting separating parents and families to reach child-focused agreements, conducting property dispute resolution sessions, providing information and referrals, facilitating group information and education sessions, maintaining case files and data, and contributing to quality improvement, supervision and teamwork. The position is based in Geelong, with travel to other locations required, and includes rostered evening programs. Requirements include a recognised tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Family Law or a related discipline, a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution with registration with the Attorney-General's Department, mediation and dispute resolution skills, experience in the child, youth and family services sector, knowledge of family violence and relevant legislation, and the ability to work within the ethos of a Catholic agency. A current driver's licence, Victorian Working with Children Check, Australia-wide Police Check and the right to work in Australia are also required.
