Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will establish a robust development function, communicate the mission of UJCES, develop a fundraising strategy, expand and diversify the donor base, and increase restricted and unrestricted funds. Responsibilities include developing major gift solicitation strategies, managing donor recognition and stewardship, prospecting foundation grants, writing proposals and reports, building funder relationships, coordinating grassroots fundraisers, and overseeing individual donor campaigns. Qualifications include a deep belief in the mission and vision of UJCES, leadership skills, fundraising expertise, and excellent communication skills.
