An industry-leading contractor in the electrification and infrastructure sector is seeking a Project Delivery Director to lead and oversee strategic project delivery across England and Wales. The role involves regional performance, stakeholder engagement, operational delivery and strategic development, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director. Responsibilities include implementing regional business strategies, overseeing multi-disciplinary energy and infrastructure projects, monitoring quality, compliance and commercial performance, driving business development, recruiting and leading regional delivery teams, representing the business at regional forums and stakeholder meetings, and delivering financial and performance reporting. Applicants need extensive leadership experience delivering complex Energy or Transmission and Distribution projects, contractor experience, a record of business improvement and performance optimisation, commercial awareness, financial management skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, technical understanding of T&D systems and infrastructure delivery, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, a full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
