Beets & Roots is offering an internship in Customer Success Management for 3 to 6 months. Responsibilities include handling customer and cooperation enquiries, providing customer service via chat, phone and email, explaining the ordering platform to new customers, helping to develop it further, working closely with the Account Management team, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive public image, and helping retain customers long term. Applicants should be currently studying, ideally have customer service experience, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, speak German at a native level with basic English, understand information quickly and explain complex content clearly, and have a positive mindset.
