Estateology is seeking a talented property manager to join its team. The role involves day to day property management, rent chasing and debt collection, responding to telephone and email enquiries, check ins and check outs, tenancy renewals and extensions, arranging EPCs and gas safety certificates, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, handling maintenance issues, dealing with Section 8s, Section 21s and other legislation, and managing pre-tenancy and end of tenancy documentation. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with previous property management and administration experience, strong communication, organisational, customer service and IT skills, a good telephone manner, attention to detail, and experience in tenancy renewals and extensions.
