Resolve is a veteran employment and support program helping current and former ADF personnel transition into meaningful careers in construction and infrastructure. Opportunities are available across construction, project management, engineering, HSEQ, administration and trades. The program is open to current and former serving members, reservists, veterans and their immediate family members, regardless of rank, role or time served. No prior construction experience is needed. Wamarra offers career conversations, tailored onboarding, veteran mentoring, flexible pathways, casual roles, reservist-friendly positions, work placements and project-based opportunities.
